aigo 12-Month Warranty
All brand-new aigo products include a comprehensive 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects for the original owner. This warranty is automatically registered when you purchase and receive the product from our online shop. Please note that it applies only to the initial purchaser.
Orders that are fully refunded due to disputes are no longer eligible for any aigo services.
Warranty Coverage
aigo provides an extensive warranty for quality-related defects on items sold directly by aigo or through authorized resellers. For purchases made through authorized distributors and retailers—such as BestBuy, Walmart, and Amazon (when fulfilled by aigo)—quality-related warranty claims are also handled by aigo.
Batteries
Battery capacity naturally decreases over time and is not covered under warranty. Warranty service will not be provided for damage caused by misuse. However, if the damage is not due to human error, aigo will honor warranty service.
Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or human error

Failure to follow aigo’s Safety Precautions and Guidelines

Theft, vandalism, or water damage (including submersion or exposure to excessive moisture)

Intentional damage, unauthorized modifications, or alterations
Claims Process
To file a warranty claim, please contact aigo at support@aigogo.com.
Include:

Proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

Photos or videos of the damaged product
We recommend reaching out before submitting a claim, as many issues can be resolved quickly. Valid warranty claims will be processed by aigo within 1 year of the original purchase. Parts will not be replaced without photographic or video evidence of damage.
Orders Beyond the One-Year Warranty Period

If you purchased extended warranty coverage, contact your warranty provider.

If you do not have extended coverage, contact aigo for troubleshooting advice. Any required accessories or replacement parts must be purchased at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare cases of shipping damage, please contact support@aigogo.com with photo or video evidence.
Notice: Shipping damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
Repair Service
aigo provides free replacement parts for necessary repairs under warranty. Accessories are not included in replacements or compensation if they are scratched or damaged during transportation.
Limitation of Damages
Except where prohibited by law, aigo shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data—arising from any breach of warranty or other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so certain limitations may not apply.
