These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the giveaway (“Promotion”) described in the associated Instagram post by aigo. Entry is free. By entering, you accept and agree to these T&C.
1. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins and ends on the dates and times specified in the associated Instagram post.
2. Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of the contiguous United States.
Employees of aigo, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or people living in the same household are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the actions described in the Instagram post (e.g., follow @aigo_usa and like the post). Entries that do not follow the specified method will be disqualified.
4. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Selection (Drawing)
Winners will be selected randomly by aigo at or shortly after the closing date/time specified in the Instagram post.
6. Winner Announcement & Prize Claim
Winners will be announced on aigo’s Instagram account (or other platform as specified).
- Winners will be notified via direct message on social media and/or email.
- Winners must respond with a valid mailing address within the timeframe specified in the winner notification.
- The prize will be shipped to the winner’s address within a reasonable time, but no later than three (3) weeks after winner confirmation.
7. Use of Winner’s Name and Likeness
By accepting the prize, winners grant aigo permission to use their name, social-media handle, photo, likeness, city and state of residence, for publicity — including posting on AIGO’s social media accounts, website, or other media — without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Tax Responsibility
All taxes, duties or other costs associated with acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.
9. Privacy
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that aigo may collect and use their personal information (e.g., name, mailing address, email) solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, and awarding prizes. Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with aigo's privacy policy (link to be provided on official website).
10. Limitation of Liability
aigo (including its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers) will not be liable for more than the manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) of the prize awarded.
Under no circumstances will aigo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
If for any reason the Promotion or prize fulfillment cannot be completed as planned due to technical failures, fraud, human error, or any other cause beyond aigo’s control, aigo reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
11. No Defamation / Brand Integrity
Entrants agree not to disparage or damage the reputation or goodwill of aigo. Similarly, aigo agrees not to defame or harm the reputation of entrants.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&C and any disputes arising from the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Promotion (including interpretation or enforcement of these T&C) shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in English under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in the entrant’s county of residence (or another mutually agreed location), to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Waiver of Class Action / Class Arbitration
To the extent permitted by law, entrants waive any right to bring a class or representative action or class arbitration with respect to any claims arising from this Promotion. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.
14. Right to Modify or Terminate the Promotion
aigo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion and these T&C at any time, without prior notice, if any fraud or other factor beyond AIGO’s control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Any breach of these T&C by a participant may result in forfeiture of prize and disqualification.
15. Void Where Prohibited
The Promotion is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
