Aigo Shipping Terms and Conditions

This document constitutes a binding agreement between aigo Global Inc. and you, the customer.

Holiday Shipping Information

During peak holiday periods, shipping and processing times may be delayed due to increased order volume. We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays.


Package Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. This will allow you to monitor the progress and expected arrival of your package.


Risk of Loss or Damage

After your package leaves Aigo's facility and is handed to the carrier, Aigo is no longer responsible for any loss or damage that may occur. We recommend tracking your shipment regularly and opting for signature confirmation upon delivery.

If the incorrect item is delivered, please retain the shipping label on the package as proof and contact us promptly.

If you will not be available to sign for delivery:

Use FedEx Delivery Manager to:

  • Hold the package at a nearby FedEx location for up to 10 days (Ground) or 5 days (Express)
  • Redirect the shipment or reschedule delivery (additional charges may apply)

Important Reminders:

  • Claims for non-delivery will not be accepted if the carrier collected a delivery signature
  • Damaged packaging that does not affect the product itself is not grounds for a free return
  • Report any damage within 48 hours and include photo or video documentation
  • Using or activating the product indicates acceptance and waives any claims related to shipping damage

For customers who purchased Route Package Protection, refer to Section 8 for filing a claim.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States.

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • USPS, FedEx, or third-party drop boxes
  • Freight forwarding addresses
  • APO/FPO or military bases

Shipping Methods

All shipments are sent via ground shipping only, using FedEx or another appropriate carrier based on delivery time.


Shipping Charges

  • Orders $99 or more: Free shipping
  • Orders below $99: Flat $15 shipping and handling fee

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after your order is placed.


Route Package Protection Information

a) What is Route Package Protection?

It’s an optional service offering protection against packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Available at checkout.

b) Where is My Order?

A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships. You can also monitor your shipment using the Route app.

c) How Does Route Work?

Route ensures qualified claims for loss, theft, or damage are processed within 1–2 business days and may result in a refund or replacement.

d) Refunds or Reorders?

  • Refunds include the item subtotal, shipping, and tax (excludes Route fees)
  • Reorders are sent if items are in stock; otherwise, a refund is issued

e) Order Cancellations?

Route fees are refundable only if canceled before shipment.

f) When to File a Claim?

  • Stolen (Marked Delivered): File between days 5–30 post-delivery
  • Lost in Transit: File after 2 days (domestic) or 20 days (international), and before day 30
  • Damaged: File within 30 days and include images

g) Lost or Stolen Packages?

Route covers both. Submit your claim through your Route confirmation email or File Claim

h) Arrived Damaged?

Shipping damage is covered. Include photos of packaging and the damaged item. For manufacturer defects, contact Aigo directly.

i) How to Submit a Claim?

Use the Route confirmation email or visit Route Claim Portal. You’ll need your Aigo order number or Route ID and the email address used during purchase.
